My name is Dr Carys Williams. I’m a fully trained Medical Doctor who specialises in integrative psychotherapy.

I provide therapeutic support to individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and couples, guiding them towards mental wellness and improved relationships.

I am experienced in working with various issues, such as:

Your first consultation will be a full psychological assessment so that I can fully assess your needs and provide you with the best treatment options.

I am available to see clients in the mornings, evenings and at weekends. I work virtually or on the telephone.

Sometimes the first steps are the hardest but I will work with you to find ways in which to help you manage your troubles and move forward to embrace every moment life has to offer, and ultimately help you lead the life you always imagined.
